Mr. William Esposo (gregarach@pacific.net.ph, wmesposo@hotmail.com) was a Cabinet member under then-Philippine President Cory Aquino's administration. He reportedly
belongs to the Council for Philippine Affairs (COPA), a Makati, Manila-based group that, the Philippine Daily Inquirer (PDI) claims, worked for Joseph Estrada's presidential downfall.
